Return & Refund Policy
At Zentraiq, we’re committed to delivering quality products and a great experience. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a refund or replacement.
Shipped Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after:
- 45 days (U.S. orders)
- 60 days (most international orders)
- 110 days (Brazil)
We’ll offer a one-time replacement or refund at our discretion. This applies only if tracking shows no delivery, and the order is confirmed as in transit, pending, or expired. Certain destinations and shipping methods may be excluded.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivery, but you haven’t received your package, we require a non-delivery certification from your local postal authority. Without this documentation, we cannot process refunds or replacements. Zentraiq is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
Damaged Items
You must report any damage within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement. Zentraiq reserves the right to deny claims without sufficient proof or if damage is due to misuse.
Incorrect or Missing Items
For missing or incorrect items, submit a claim within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photo or video evidence. Claims submitted outside this window or lacking adequate proof may not be approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped. Preorders, made-to-order, and print-on-demand items are non-cancelable once paid.
